Who we are looking for
We are looking for a data-driven Business Development Consultant/Manager who has deep expertise in ERP for medium enterprises. You have a wide range of experience with different ERP systems, have deep knowledge of business process best practices (manufacturing, warehouse, accounting, sales, HR), and are up to date with industry and ERP trends.
For enterprise deals, you understand the intricacies of closing enterprise deals and you are proactive in ensuring the different needs of different stakeholders are met. For medium-sized deals, you are able to understand clients’ business pain points, prioritize them, provide practical solutions, and share best practices to business owners.
We are looking for a Business Development Consultant/Manager who truly cares about the clients’ businesses and has high empathy, equipped with business acumen, industry and ERP knowledge, great communication skills, and is data-driven and logical. Ideally, you are able to see what’s wrong with the ERP industry in Indonesia after experiencing many implementation failures and are determined to change it.
What you will be doing
- Be responsible for prospective clients from qualification to closing
- Proactively address concerns of different stakeholders wisely
- Optimize customer journey and Impact’s sales stages
- Assist in building a lean high-performing sales team that creates real value
- Provide product and business inputs to shape Impact’s product and business direction
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any field from top local or overseas universities with strong academic results
- 5-10 years of experience advising prospective clients on how to solve their business pain points through an ERP system (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or others)
- Strong expertise in manufacturing, retail, F&B, healthcare, hospitality, energy, or BUMN
- Passion to digitally transform businesses
