Product Manager/Associate Product Manager
About us
Impact is a technology and management consulting company specializing in digital transformation of medium enterprises. Our goal is to automate operations and provide clarity to business leaders on what the true bottlenecks of their companies are and how to solve them through technology.
Who we are looking for
We are looking for a Product Manager/Associate Product Manager who understands business pain points (sales, supply chain, retail, manufacturing, HR) from operational and business leaders’ perspectives, can see the core problems of why they happen, and can create a solution with maximum impact and minimum effort.
You want to build the best product for them but you are practical and can prioritize features. You are deeply technical and can have a meaningful discussion with the Technical Lead on tech stack selection and integration planning. Ideally, you’ve previously built a product that nobody used and learned from it. We prefer someone who is impact-driven (not task-driven), can identify production issues and solve them, can think outside the box, and be adaptable.
At the end of the day, we’re building a product to help businesses grow from business leaders’ point of view (solving operational problems of users is secondary albeit crucial), so we need a Product Manager who has strong business sense and can relate to business leaders (and our vision).
